Its almost Christmas and its time for present buying frenzy and time for enjoying the Christmas lights and the atmosphere of love and giving.
The traditional Tuomaan markkinat ie Helsinki Christmas Fair is now a place to visit if in Helsinki. The fair used to be in the Esplanade park, but it has moved to a better place which is in the Senate Square with the Cathedral dominating the view. Added benefit is it is a bit more accessible by the Metro and thus more people will maybe visit it.
Attached are some photos for your enjoyment. Enjoyed a bit of very good goat-cheese soup as well as a pulled pork hamburger from the small street food vendors there.
